Sewell Group has announced it is to host a commercial property seminar in Hull next week.
The event, held for the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Hull and East Yorkshire Local Association, will take place on Tuesday, December 4.
Anyone working within the property and construction sectors is invited to learn about Capital Allowances - the legitimate form of tax relief relevant to virtually every business and investors in commercial property.
Simon Delaney, chair of the RICS Hull and East Yorkshire Local Association, said: “Jamie Wheldon, partner at Stuart Rivers, will take attendees through an introduction into capital allowances and explain why they are more important than ever, including examples and case studies.”
Places are limited, so booking is essential.
