A Grimsby seafood product has been labelled best lunchtime must-have by popular consumer magazine, Healthy Food Guide, for the second year running.

Saucy Fish Co's Roasted Sweet Chilli Salmon with Tomato and Chilli Chutney, from the Seachill brand’s popular Ready to Eat range, was awarded first place in the Best Lunch category of the 2018 Best of Health Awards.

It grabbed the gold in this very same category last year with their Ready to Enjoy Roast Salmon with Sicilian Lemon & Dill Mayo, proving the fuss-free, pre-cooked salmon products are the ideal lunchtime protein fix; delicious when paired with a salad, wrap or light pasta dish.

The Saucy Fish Co’s sales and marketing director, Amanda Webb, said: “It’s a real honour to have won another Gold Food and Drink award from Healthy Food Guide, for our Ready to Eat range - especially as Healthy Food Guide is such as authority in the food and drink industry.

“In addition to the Ready to Eat range, we also have chilled, frozen and fishcake products, so there’s something for everyone. We hope Healthy Food Guide’s readers enjoy our products just as much as the panel of judges.”

The Healthy Food & Drink Awards are in their fifth year of running and continue to champion some of the UK’s most nutritious and delectable food and drink products. Winners of the awards were chosen by a panel of expert staff at Healthy Food Guide magazine, following extensive taste checks to ensure the most enjoyable and healthy products are chosen.

The winning Ready to Enjoy Roasted Sweet Chilli Salmon With Tomato And Chilli Chutney can be served hot or cold. The product is 246 calories per 100g serving, and available for £4.50, for two fillets from Sainsbury’s stores nationwide, Ocado or directly from the Saucy Shop.
