"The ethos of the restaurant is to create fresh, locally sourced, handmade food that will be made by local chefs.

"The menu will have a huge selection of different items on offer, such as steaks, burgers, seafood dishes, pastas, sandwiches, kebabs, pastries and deserts, with everything that we cook being made in-house. We even have our very own pastry chef.

"At the moment the menu is still in a state of flux, as we are trying to create something that will have a bit for everyone to enjoy.

"We will also be offering exclusive monster meals, with huge burgers for customers to try and tackle, as well as family kebabs that will be the size of one of our tables.

"The decor of the restaurant has been based on the concept of bringing the outside, inside, with a rustic environment with wooden counter-tops and copper fittings.
