LEP calls for new infrastructure, skills and energy projects

By Scunthorpe Telegraph | Posted: 31 Jul 2018

Humber Local Enterprise Partnership has launched four new calls for projects for potential future funding.

It is seeking to refresh its pipeline of future projects, as well as identify opportunities that might be brought forward for funding.

The LEP is inviting organisations to put forward their proposals for projects that cover:

  • Innovation facilities, managed workspace and incubation space
  • Infrastructure and housing, including transport, regeneration, site preparations and flood defences
  • Skills capital, refurbishment and enhancement
  • Energy projects contributing to the delivery of wider benefits

Projects that have received Growth Deal funding through the LEP include road and rail improvements, city and town centre regeneration projects, flood defences, training facilities and development sites.

The deadline to respond to the calls is September 14.  Further details can be found at http://www.humberlep.org/strategies-and-deals/project-pipeline/
