Supporting Employees with Caring Responsibilities

By The Business Hive | Event Date: 28 Mar 2019

Venue - Centre4, Main Hall, 17A Wootton Road, Grimsby, DN33 1HE

Statistically, 10% of all employed staff have caring responsibilities for family and friends. Without the correct support, issues can arise which adversely impact your business (unexpected absence, early retirement, long term sickness leave, etc.). Evidence is strong that supporting your caring workforce will benefit your organisation (retained skillsets, planned and flexible leave, etc.).

NEL CCG and its strategy partners invite you to a breakfast event to explore the benefits to your business (and staff) of supporting workers with caring responsibilities, and the online/ organisational support available to help you do this.

Breakfast buns/ croissants plus tea and coffee will be provided.

To book please call Nichola Harrington on 03003 000518 or email NELCCG.AdultSocialCare@nhs.net
