Good cash flow management is a critical element of a successful business.  With the start of the new tax year, this is a perfect time to review your cash flow forecasting, productivity and pricing structures.

Paul Tofton, partner at Forrester Boyd Chartered accountants will be looking at the opportunities to improve your business finances and performance.

He will be giving some tips and advice on improving cash flow, reducing debtor days and streamlining your invoicing. He will give a quick overview of some of the benefits of the cloud accounting packages that support Making Tax Digital and will also discuss some of the tops business apps that are currently available which could help you save precious time and money.  Finishing off, Paul will also give a brief overview of some useful  tax credits available that your business could be benefitting from.
