The Grimsby residential landlord's seminar will look at the Deregulation Act 2015, which came into force in October 2015, and how it will apply to all residential assured shorthold tenancies from October 2018.  

Landlord and tenant legal experts, Joshua Briggs, Jonathan West and Siobhan Sylvester will give an overview of the regulations, the possible pitfalls and how to avoid them.
